    • Home exercise program with option to use app for tracking

    Follow Up Visits | 60 min

    • Discussion of response to previous visit and experience between sessions

    • Hands-on manual therapy

    • Corrective exercises & functional training

    • Review of home exercises

    • Determined at evaluation on a case-by-case basis

    • Patients often see resolution within 3-12 sessions

    • Option to train indoors or outdoors utilizing Kezar track and field (schedule permitting)

    • Brief review of training program
